General Information
Do you guarantee specific vehicle models?
- While we strive for a 99% reservation accuracy rate, we cannot guarantee a specific make, model, or availability due to the dynamic nature of the industry. However, we will always do our best to provide you with the best possible experience.
Are security deposits required?
- No, we do not require a security deposit. However, minor damages such as scrapes or scuffs will be billed directly to the credit card on file or may be covered by a full-coverage insurance policy. We also offer Supplemental Damage Waivers for added peace of mind.
- Yes. Rentals are subject to Santa Clara County taxes, including an 8.625% sales tax and any applicable rental surcharges.
Do you match competitor pricing?

Yes! We guarantee the best rates and will match any verifiable out-the-door price for a comparable rental from a competitor.
Rental Process & Policies
How does the rental process work?
- It’s simple:
1. Choose your vehicle from our fleet of luxury and exotic cars.
2. Complete your booking with payment and proof of insurance.
3. Pick up your car and enjoy an unforgettable driving experience!
How many miles are included with my rental?
- Mileage allowances vary by vehicle, typically ranging between 75 to 150 miles per rental period.
- Yes. Late returns incur a $250 fee plus an additional prorated amount based on the rental rate.
- Yes! Active and retired U.S. military personnel receive 5% off as a token of our appreciation.
- All reservations are non-refundable. However, unused credit may be transferred to an Evergreen Elite Rentals gift card for future use.
- Important: Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or otherwise unfit to drive will be allowed to reschedule based on availability. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for impaired drivers safety is our top priority.
Vehicle & Driving Policies
- Many of our exotic cars are equipped with carbon-ceramic racing brakes, which perform best at high temperatures. Since they are used on city roads rather than racetracks, you may hear occasional squeaking this is completely normal.
Do you offer group or corporate discounts?
- Yes! We provide custom corporate event packages for groups of six or more rentals. Contact us at Reservations@evergreeneliterentals.com or 888-871-8381 for details.
- Yes. Our minimum rental period is 4 hours, and the maximum is 7 days. Need a car for longer than 7 days? Contact us to discuss extended rental options.
Are there speed restrictions or governors on the vehicles?
- No, but all drivers must adhere to state and federal traffic laws. We encourage responsible driving at all times.
Can I rent a car for someone else?
- Yes, but the reservation must be made under the name on the payment card. Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement.
- Yes! Our secure online booking system allows you to reserve your luxury rental with confidence.
Are background checks required?
- No, we only require:
– A valid driver’s license
– Existing car insurance
– A credit card on file (International drivers can purchase insurance through us).
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept:

✅ Cash (reservation must still be secured with a credit card in advance)

Do you accept prepaid debit cards or gift cards?
No. All payment cards must be linked to a bank account and match the name on the rental agreement.

- Yes, you can extend your rental by contacting us in advance, subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
Are there mileage restrictions on rentals?
- It depends on the rental package. Some vehicles include unlimited mileage, while others have limits. Please check the terms during booking.
